Day 15-Tokyo Disney!

We went to Disney Land today, it was epic! We will have more photos soon, too tired right now from riding sweet rides all day...

OK, here are some more pics!
The entrance to Disney Land!

This ride is the most awesome and scary ride at disney land, The Tower of Terror! Its a haunted hotel from the 1920's, and as you can see it is super creepy!

This ride is also awesome! 'Journey to the end of the Earth'!

Night 13-The Cobrasnake @ Faline

Don't really have much to show you here, but...The night we got to Tokyo, we found out that party photographer extraordinaire 'The Cobrasnake' was helping Faline, (a boutique in Harajuku) celebrate it's 5th birthday. We were wooed with free glasses of Moet Chandon, and they had limited edition 'Cobrasnake x Faline' birthdays tees available. Mark the Cobrasnake himself was not there, but we're claiming it! The Photo above is the ally-way that Faline is down, and all the crew out front celebrating.

This is for you Rebecca :)

We went to Shibuya after we visited the Cobrasnake

Shibuya Lights

This is not a very good photo of it, but this is Shibuya Crossing at night, its crazy! There would be like 10 000 people crossing at a time!

Day 13-Gong to Tokyo

On Saturday we left Hakuba to go to Tokyo for a few days before we fly up to Sapporo to go shredding at Niseko. We timed it sweet, as on Friday night it absolutely poured with rain and the resorts around Hakuba copped it pretty bad. Getting to Ikebukuro, (where we were staying in Tokyo) was hectic, as we had to carry all of the above luggage, (and then some), through Tokyo Station, then through Ikebukuro Station, which also conveniently happens to be the 2nd biggest train station in the world. It was like trying to carry everything you own through the crowd at the MCG after a grand final...

The damage the rain and above zero temps had done in Hakuba

On the bus to Nagano

This is cool i think, these are rice fields in Hakuba, I thought it would be too cold there to grow rice, (even in the summer), but there you go...

Hi Tim!

So on the way to Yanaba today we saw Tim Eddy! It was sweet Dee noticed him first, so we did a U-Bolt to go back and talk to him.. He was going to film at some UFO spot where ever that is, but he was ok for a lift.. Ok bye Tim thanks for not coming to dinner!!

Day 10-Its snowing finally!

Today we rode Yanaba again coz' it's just that good! We got some filming done which was a little draining but fun at the same time, I really take my hat off to anyone who makes snowboarding movies! At the end of the day it started to dump down, and, just let me check....yep, its still dumping now! So as fun as riding the park at Yanaba is, hopefully we might get to shred some pow tomorrow for once! Here are some pics I took after shredding today as the snow started to fall. The above pic is the lodge we are staying at.

This is the road to Happo

See the pink caravan box thing to the left?...thats Mo Mo Chan, and they make the best crepes in the world!

Mo Mo Chan-"The Strongest Crepes in Hakuba"

Tonight after dinner, we went to 'Mo Mo Chan', (and as we have for the last 2 nights). It is this amazing crepe joint at the bottom of the Happo Gondola, and they claim to make 'the strongest crepes in Hakuba'. I don't really know what that means, but the crepes are sooo good!

This is the legendary crepe, they are making me fat...

Shan made friends with a little Japanese man on the way back from Yanaba today...

Mc Pork

They love pork here in Japan. Today at Hakuba Mc Donalds I had a Mc Pork, sounds creepy I know, but it was kind of OK...

Day 8-YANABA!

Today we got a ride to Hakuba Station and then got on a train to shred Yanaba. It's a rad little mountain with only two chair lifts and is pretty much all park...super fun! Lift tickets are so cheap too, (like 1000 Yen-$15 AUD). Since we have not seen too much fresh snow and we are poor, I think we will be shredding there some more! Here are some pics...(sorry about the lack of shredding pics, we were having way too much fun to stop and take photos).

Down-town Hakuba

This wasn't today, but we took this on the way to the Onsen the other night, where we had to nude up in a bath-full of Japanese men, but thats another story...:P

This is nothing to do with anything, but I'm drinking the smallest can of Fanta I have ever seen, and I look like a turtle whilst doing so...
